Supporting Your Health Journey
Caring and supporting you on your journey
I love being a naturopath. For me, it has added such an incredible dimension to my suite of qualifications and experience in caring for and supporting people.
I have formal qualifications in Naturopathy, Disability and Aged Care support, a degree in Psychology, and post-grad qualifications in Counselling.
This combination of education and experience allows me to thoroughly treat and support individuals who want to enhance their health and alleviate a wide range of conditions.
Why natural medicine?
Natural medicine is a form of alternative medicine using various ‘natural’ and non-invasive techniques to assist the body and mind to promote ‘self-healing.’
We use scientific and traditional evidence in practice to help form your treatment plan, treating both acute and chronic conditions.
Naturopathy aims to identify the underlying cause of each condition. We aim to increase and restore good health and also slow down or prevent any further decline in health.
Benefits of seeing a (travelling) naturopath
In 2022, my family (and business) are hitting the outback roads around Australia. The past three years of various lockdown challenges have highlighted to us the importance of our family, health, and wellbeing.
I am thrilled to now be able to support not only my existing Melbourne community, but also those in need across Australia via telehealth or in-person when I'm in the area.
You may benefit from seeing a Naturopath for many different health concerns, including:
Mental health support
Immune system support
Female and male reproductive health
And many more
I welcome you to call me to discuss your condition. I'm here to help.
